You have several different types of placemats, cups, and crayons. What’s the best way to navigate the site?
We have a navigation bar on the left. You can narrow the results to look at only 11 X 17 inch placemats, or 8 ½ X 14 inch placemats by making the selection on the left. You can narrow the results for cups by choosing Injection Molded, Thermoformed or paper.
Can I customize my placemats with my Kid’s Menu and Logo?
Yes, we can customize any of our placemats or coloring booklets with your grayscale logo and Kid Menu Items.
How do I send you my logo and menu items?
You can email your logo, in a jpg or eps format, to sales@kidstar.com. You can attach a word or pdf document with your menu items to the email, or type your menu items in the body of the email. You can also FAX your menu items to 303-934-1423.
I notice you have quantity discounts on the placemats and coloring booklets. Do you have to order all the same design in order to get the discount?
No, you can order any combination of designs to make the discount as long as they are in the same category. For instance they all need to be 11 X 17 or they all need to be 8 X 14. The minimum per design is 500.
Do you keep my customization on file or do I need to send it every time I order?
We keep your customization/menu on file, so you do not need to send it every time. If you want to change any prices or item descriptions etc., please email or call us as soon as you submit your order so that we don’t start printing the customization/menu on file.
Do you ship out of the Continental US?
We can ship out of the Continental US, however, you must call in your order instead of using the website. It is usually cheaper to ship US mail instead of FedEx on international shipments.
What if I want my customization in color?
This would require a custom order of 25,000 of one design. You can call us at 1-888-543-6368 to discuss pricing on a custom order with full color customization.
